NADRA Introduces Further Reforms in Succession Certificate Process

NADRA has made the obtaining of succession certificate more easy as now the applicant can apply for the certificate at any of NADRA center across the country.

NADRA's 186 succession facilitation centers will now receive applications from each province, these centers are established in Islamabad, Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan. The legal heirs can do biometric verification from any center of NADRA, the biometric verification facility is already available on the mobile app "PAK ID".

According to previous procedure, the application for succession certificate was accepted only in that province where the property is located. According to NADRA officials, the NADRA HQ has released the notification of the new procedure to all the relevant centers.
