DPM Dar reviews regional security situation with Saudi and Uzbekistan FMs

 Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar called Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan. Both leaders exchanged views on the current regional situation and recent developments. Ishaq Dar conveyed Season's Greetings and best wishes for the New Year, which were warmly reciprocated by Prince Faisal bin Farhan. He expressed satisfaction with the positive trajectory of bilateral relations.

The Saudi Foreign Minister reaffirmed his commitment to further strengthening and enhancing bilateral ties.

Meanwhile, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar on Tuesday received a call from Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov.

The Uzbek Foreign Minister extended Season's greetings and best wishes for New Year, which were warmly reciprocated by the Deputy Prime Minister. Bakhtiyor Saidov further confirmed the visit of President of Uzbekistan in February 2026. They also exchanged views on regional and international developments and affirmed commitment to enhance bilateral relations further by deepening cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
